Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2 1982) is a South African model, actress and television personality. Brandt made her American debut on Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a historical drama. Brandt began her acting career in New Zealand on Diplomatic Immunity. Over the past decade, the actress has been featured in numerous TV series, such as of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt has played the role of Mazikeen since 2016. The show Lucifer has a lead character in Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born in Cape Town, South Africa. The family moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her family when she reached her late teens. Her professional career began when she was a model in print and commercial advertisements. Before she was a model with a protracted career, Brandt was a saleswoman working in retail and a consultant in recruitment for information technology. In the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity that she starred in, playing Leilani F'auigaese in 2009, her first big role taken on. In 2021, she appeared on Spartacus Blood and Sand as an unnamed young slave girl named Naevia. The actress has also reprised her role as Naevia in the mini-series that prequels Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter for the popular Netflix series Lucifer. It's her largest role to date. She is co-starring in the show with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro as well as D. B. Woodside.
